Senior Paid Media for SaaS

I look at your business.

Not just your ad account.

Most paid media people stop at the ads manager. I don't.

Campaigns are the easy part to fix. I look at the business behind them, because that's usually where the real problem is.

The problem is rarely the campaign.

I've caught a CPA spike that had nothing to do with the account and everything to do with a competitor moving into the same search terms.

I've watched a client's "MQLs" look great in the platform and mean nothing in their CRM, because the platform was rewarding volume their sales team couldn't use.

I've told a client that more ad spend was the wrong move entirely, because the real problem was their business economics, not their funnel.

So before I touch a campaign, I look at what's around it:

  • your CRM and how leads get handled after they convert,

  • your pricing and unit economics,

  • what your competitors are doing in the auction,

  • and whether your attribution can even be trusted in the first place.

Sometimes the fix is inside the ads manager. Often it isn't. I tell you which, honestly, even when it means less work for me.

How I work

You own everything. All ad accounts, assets, and data stay in your name. Always.

No AI has change rights in your campaigns. I use AI tooling in research, messaging development, and analysis. It never touches your live campaigns without my judgment behind it.

Flat fees, not percentage of spend. My retainer doesn't go up because your budget does. My incentive is results, not spend.

Month-to-month. No long-term contracts. Thirty days notice if you want to pause or stop.

One person, fully accountable. I don't manage your account and then hand it to someone else. When you ask a question, I answer it.

Services built around where you actually are

Whether you're validating your first paid channel or scaling what's already working, the engagement is shaped around your specific stage, not a packaged tier.
